HORTA DO PADRE
"Camarada Padre Lino". That was how the Italian Lino Vicari was known on the Guiné war camps. Bearer of vast wisdom, Lino is an open book. Always willing to share his acquired experience., whether in his Italian seminars, or in contact with his tribal traditions from deep Africa, where he developed an economical administration organisation of resources system, that made 19 tribal communities thrive.
Today, at 85 years old, Lino chose Alentejo's peace to live and to work. Along with Fernanda Damaso, they play the Horta do Padre. A simple and very cozy lodge, in the middle of an ancient olive grove.
With the diminishing of tourism, that came along with Covid19, they didn’t let their guard down. By the contrary! They decided to walk towards professionalisation. In the midst of the crisis, they asked us to develop a new visual identity for the lodge. That is exactly what we did. In the pictures: the challenge to paint with our own hand the designed project. And the smile of Camarada Padre Lino when he saw his business give a little, but very important step forward. In the middle of a crisis.
For that, alongside my friend Manuel Patarrana from Alentejo, we united forces to share with companies of any size, wide experiences acquired throughout the years in important publicity agencies that we worked in. The business can't stop. Lino's smile says exactly that! Count on us.
